damn! that's NO good

I've got some big troubles with my right hand, exactly with my wrist.

Several years ago I had a compression fracture on a small, tiny, damn boney.
And now it still hearts, so I went to a doc and he said that that bone is mortifying and falling apart, so... it is a bad news.
I can't ride a bike, i can't jump dirts, clibm, fall on this hand, take some heavy stuff...an so on. =(

How long I have to treat, I don't Know.
